Who CloutInn is
We are a software company. We design and build our own products and put them out for the public — RentVeed, our property platform, is the first of them, and it was built here from the blank page to a finished version 1.0.
We are also an agency. The same team takes on client work: the website, the app, the internal system, the brand. If your business needs something built, you are hiring the people who already know what it takes to carry a product all the way to launch and keep it running afterwards.
Those two halves feed each other. Running our own product means we live with every decision we would otherwise hand to a client — the slow screen, the confusing form, the hosting bill. That is why the work we do for you is built the way it is.

What does a project cost?
Every project is quoted individually, because no two are the same job. The first conversation is free and ends with a written quote built around what you actually need.
How long does it take?
Most websites take a few weeks; apps and larger systems take longer. You get a real date in the quote, before you commit to anything.
I do not know what I need technically. Is that a problem?
No. Describe what your business does and what is frustrating right now. Working out the technical answer is the job you are hiring us for.
What if I already have a website?
We will tell you honestly whether it needs rebuilding or just fixing. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need us yet.
