- You talk to the client. Not through an account manager, and not through a brief.
- Your name is on the team page. The work you do is credited to you.
- Remote, with real hours. We are in Cameroon; we work with people who are not.
- You will be stretched. A small team means you touch parts of a project you have not done before.
- Paid per project or per month. Agreed in writing before you start, like everything else here.
