The people behind the work

No account managers and no subcontractors. When you hire CloutInn you are hiring the people on this page, and you will speak to them.

Engr. Mih Thierry, founder and CEO of CloutInn

Hi — my name is

Engr. Mih Thierry

Founder & CEOCloutInnSoftware and DevOpsEngineer

Software, DevOps and design, in one person

I design, engineer and build systems, turning simple and mere ideas into existing platforms, projects and systems, I believe every idea can become a system, come build your ideas with CloutInn.

I built RentVeed, a real estate property property platform, and i specialize in DevOps and software developement with a touch of design skills alongside to give amazing and stunning visuals to systems.

Doing all of it myself is why CloutInn works the way it does. When you explain your business to me, you are explaining it to the person who will design it, build it and keep it running — not to a salesperson who will hand it on to somebody you never meet.

I take the first call myself, I write the scope and the number, and I am still here after launch.

  • Takes the first call and writes the scope
  • Sets the brand direction on every project
  • Servers, domains and deployments
  • Still your contact after launch

APIs, interfaces and data pipelines

I build the part you never see, then wire it to the part you do — backend APIs, the database underneath them, and the screens that read from them.

I have taken a full e-commerce platform from nothing to live, and built React Native interfaces against real endpoints. The join between front and back is where I am most useful.

Before that I worked on data pipelines with Apache Airflow — collecting, transforming and loading on a schedule, with nobody watching. It taught me to build things that keep running when nobody is looking.

I am finishing a Bachelor of Technology at the University of Buea, and I work in English and French.

Analysis, models and the data underneath

I work on the data side: cleaning it, joining it up, and building the models that turn it into something you can actually decide on.

Most of it in Python — scikit-learn and TensorFlow for the models, SQL for everything underneath. I have built a model that predicts student performance and a platform that matches people to jobs.

I am in my final year of Computer Engineering at the University of Buea, and I hold Huawei certifications in cloud computing and 5G, so I am comfortable with what it takes to run this work somewhere other than a laptop.

If your business already records far more than it ever reads, that is exactly the problem I like.

  • Machine learning models in Python
  • Dashboards and reporting built on SQL
  • Cloud deployment for data work

Interfaces, from the Figma file to the live screen

I design the interface and then build it, which means the thing you approve in Figma is the thing that ships.

React and Next.js with Tailwind on the front, FastAPI and Postgres behind it when a screen needs data of its own.

I have led a full-stack team, redesigned a corporate website, and built everything from a job-recommendation system to a blood-donation app. I also work with Pandas and Numpy, so a dashboard is not a foreign object to me.

I tutor at a local bootcamp, I won the Dev Gurl Challenge in 2025, and I am finishing a Bachelor of Technology in Software Engineering in Douala.

What a small team can do that a queue cannot

You meet everyone

The person who designs your screens and the person who builds the API are both on the call.

Nothing waits in a queue

A small team means a decision made on Tuesday is in the build on Wednesday.

Nobody is a single point of failure

Between us we cover design, front-end, back-end and data, with overlap on purpose.

Say hello to the team

Tell us what you are trying to build. Whoever it belongs to will answer, and you will know their name from the first message.

Free first conversation. No obligation, and you keep the notes.
