What we collect when you contact us, why, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect
Only what you send: your name, email, phone if you give one, and what you write in the form. We do not buy contact lists.
Why
To answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. That is the whole purpose.
How the form works
Depending on how the site is configured, the form either opens your own email application with the details filled in, or posts your message to a form service that forwards it to us. Either way it reaches us as an email and is not published anywhere.
Cookies, and your choice
Nothing is stored on your device until you answer the cookie banner. Choose Accept and two small first-party cookies are set: one recording your choice, and one recording how you found us and which pages you read, so that an enquiry can be answered with some context. Choose Reject and nothing is stored at all. Neither cookie can be read by any other website, neither is sold or shared, and you can delete both at any time in your browser settings.
Analytics
Where analytics is enabled it is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data. It counts page views; it cannot identify you or follow you to another site.
Who else sees it
Nobody, unless the law requires it. We do not sell or share enquiry details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept as long as the work and our accounting obligations require.
Third-party services
Google Fonts serves the typefaces and jsDelivr serves the animation library; both receive your IP address as part of delivering a file. There is no advertising on this site and no tracking across other sites.
Your rights
Ask what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@cloutinn.com and we will action it within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date here. Material changes affecting clients are sent by email.
